Welcome to Luxury Wellness HQ. These Terms of Service apply to your use of luxurywellnesshq.com and to any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Returns & Refund Policy, our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Product information
- We aim to describe every product accurately using information supplied by the manufacturer. Specifications, dimensions, installation requirements, finishes and included components can change, and the manufacturer's current specifications and documents apply.
- Colors and finishes may look different on screen than in person.
- Some showroom pages may show sample profiles or concept imagery while our product range is being finalized. These pages say so, and items shown as unavailable cannot be ordered.
- Product information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Please talk to your doctor before starting a sauna, cold plunge, hot tub or red light routine.
Brand-specific terms come first
Each brand we carry sets its own terms for lead times, delivery, cancellations, returns and warranty. Those terms are shown on each product page and they take priority over the general terms here. Please review them before you order. If anything is unclear, contact us before you buy and we will confirm the terms for your item in writing.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
- Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Installment financing, where offered, is provided by third parties under their own terms and approval.
- Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, and we accept it when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of anything paid, if the product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in price, description or availability, if we cannot verify payment, or if we cannot deliver to your location. We ship only within the contiguous 48 United States, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If we cannot ship within the time we told you, or within 30 days if we did not give a time, we will tell you promptly and you may cancel for a full refund.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy. Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, which is available before purchase on the product page or from us on request. We will help you file any warranty claim with the manufacturer.
Installation and safe use
Many products require professional installation, dedicated electrical service or water and drainage connections. Please follow the manufacturer's installation requirements, local codes, permits and any community rules, and use each product according to its manual.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site. That includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, copying content for commercial use, or using it for anything unlawful. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and let us know about any unauthorized use.
Content and trademarks
Site content, including text, design and images, belongs to us or our content providers. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. Showing a brand on this site does not mean that brand endorses us unless we say so.
Reviews
Reviews must be truthful and your own. By posting a review, you allow us to display it on the site. We do not pay for positive reviews, and if a reviewer received anything in exchange, the review will say so.
